The ideal candidate should have following abilities/requirements :
CSS / XHTML / WEB 2.0
Usability and accessibility
Browser Compatibility
Photoshop/Fireworks, Dreamweaver
Expert on Web Layout(Template) Creation
Slicing ability in table less layout.
Adobe Flash Basic (Action scripting will be added benefit but not necessary)
Ability to adapt to change quickly and gracefully in a professional manner.
Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Must be able to rapidly switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work extended hours on occasion to ensure deadlines are met.
Note: Education would not be matter of restriction for the right candidate (with creativity and experience)

Content writers: 3
Nature of job and requirements
Full time dayshift work (11 am-5 pm: this time is set up focusing college students)
Female candidates are preferred.
Education: +2 running or completed (depends upon ones ability)
Academic faculty is neglected upon creativity along with ability to write correct English.
