It has been working in the field of human rights and peace since 2001. It aims to provide a common space for its members, volunteers and friends to collectively engage in the pursuit for peace, human rights and justice in Nepal. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct organizational assessment of COCAP and its member organizations, and design necessary organizational development plan
• Conduct training need assessment (TNA) and carry out impact assessment.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops and seminars
• Develop human resource development plan and implementing mechanisms.
• Develop monitoring tools and techniques
• Develop proposals and write reports
