Bank of Kathmandu Ltd. is seeking applications from qualified Nepalese citizens in the position of:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for research & development activities, implementing and managing new products and initiatives of the bank.

REQUIREMENTS:

AGE: Not exceeding 35 years.
EDUCATION: MBA or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Research & development / project management

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• strong project and time management skills with the ability to define and clearly communicate project scope
• proficient in the use of standard office software programs viz. word processing and spreadsheet
• strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and reporting skills
• customer-focused, creative, innovative thinker, leadership, interpersonal and negotiating skills

OTHERS: required to travel extensively within the country, including to remote/rural locations.
